After a solid four days of training in Sarasota with my coach DK at The Pickleball Club, I headed out early to Arizona for Nationals. Adjusting to the dry air out here is key—the way it affects the ball is no joke, so it’s great to get a feel for it in advance.
I’m especially excited to be back in the singles mix. My legs feel strong, and I’m fully cleared to play, which is a huge boost. Starting 10am singles - make sure to check USA pickleball stream times for each day.
Tomorrow morning, I’ll kick things off with Jill in doubles at 10 a.m., and then on Saturday, I’ll team up with junior Mint, Jack Munro. We’re set for a weekend filled with good matches, catching up with friends, and focusing on progress.
For me, it’s not just about one tournament or one result. It’s about the journey—the chance to grow, learn, and keep pushing forward. Looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish this weekend!
